Which plan is right for you?
It depends on how much you will need done. One credit = one hour of our designers or developers time. If you think you’ll need more help you can get our 5 credit pack, or save money with one of our 10 credit packs. Most routine tasks can be completed with one credit. Sometimes we can complete several tasks! If we think it will take more time we’ll tell you before we start. If you have an urgent issue you may want to get Premium Support.

Support customers are given priority and you can rest assured that we will respond within 24-48 hours, depending on the type of support you choose.

Don’t worry. Our Support Packs are designed to give you the freedom to use your credits for a full year. If you haven’t used up your credits within 12 months, they will expire. But do not fear! We will get in touch with you before they expire and give you some ideas on how to use them. For example, why not let us design you a beautiful looking banner that will help drive more visitors to your mail list? Or why not add your Facebook page to your site so it displays your latest photos and posts? There are lots of fun ways to spend your credits, if you haven’t got any issues or website maintenance tasks.
Yes. Our WordPress developers can help with most hosting providers. We prefer to use managed WordPress hosting with built-in security, however you don’t have to have GoDaddy hosting services. We will need to be granted access or given the login details for your hosting and site. Don’t worry, once you signup to our Support Pack we’ll get in touch with you and find out what help you need. Alternatively, just use our contact form to get in touch and we’ll be happy to arrange a call to discuss your needs.
We will never leave you in the lurch. You can purchase additional credits one by one or buy a pack of 5 or 10 credits.
When you signup for one of our Support Packs you will receive an email with instructions including how to log a Support request with us. Standard Support Packs (excluding Premium Support) are available 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, during normal business hours of 9 AM – 5 PM UK time. Support requests are responded within 48 hours. All Support is primarily provided via email, however, should we require a call we will need your phone number or a Skype ID.
Premium Support is a service we offer to give you that extra level of support and assistance for emergency WordPress-related issues. It is available for 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, with extended business hours of 8am-6pm. Premium Support customers have priority attention and their support requests are responded to within 24 hours, if not sooner. Useful for times when you have a critical issue with your website and need technical help and someone who can work with your hosting provider or other third-parties to find a solution.
